Join the celebration of 90 years of the Rock Springs Chamber and 250 years of the United States at Eve’s on Thursday, June 18 at 6:00 pm for Fireside to Tableside, a culinary exploration of the foods and cultures that have shaped Sweetwater County. Hosted in collaboration with the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Rock Springs Historical Museum, and the Sweetwater County Historical Museum, this night will feature a buffet-style tasting menu highlighting the many people and cultures who have called this area home for so many years.
Begin with dishes inspired by indigenous cuisine, travel through time to the hearty meals of the pioneers, and settle in for a fusion of worldwide flavors from the immigrants who built our railroads, towns, and mines. Not only will guests experience culinary creations by Eve and her talented team, but while you mingle you can view historic photos and artifacts curated by the museums and enter to win items from a raffle to benefit the museums.
We can’t wait to dine with you in this elevated experience! Tickets are available for $45 either in person at Eve’s or online at https://www.evesrocksprings.com/store/p5/FiresidetoTableside.html#/. Your ticket gets you the full meal experience. Beverages from the bar are not included in your ticket price. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, June 12. We’ll see you at Eve’s at 1501 Clubhouse Drive. For questions or more information, please contact Laura Dale at the Sweetwater County Historical Museum at 307-352-9898 or
